Ingredients
  

  • 6 giant pasta shells per person 36 shells for 6 people
  • 1 l boiling water
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 150 g prepared mince per person 900g for 6 people
  • 150 ml prepared white sauce per person 900ml for 6 people
  • 1 can tomato puree

Instructions
 

  • Boil the pasta shells in salty water for 20 minutes or until al dente
  • Drain and let cool - enough to handle with hands
  • Preheat oven to 180℃ (350℉)
  • Spread a thin layer of white sauce over bottom of oven pan
  • Fill each giant shell with prepared mince and pack neatly on bottom of pan against each other
  • Top with tomato puree
  • Top with prepared white sauce
  • Top with cheese
  • Bake for 30 minutes
