- 1 readymade pie crust
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 300 ml cream
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- ½ cup lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix the condensed milk and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Drain the juice from the crushed pineapple and mix it into condensed milk.
- Whip the cream stiffly and fold slowly to the mixture.
- Pour into crust and refrigerate.

I followed the recipe to the T and something went terribly wrong. The whole thing became bitter in 15 minutes of being in the fridge. It sucked and I wasted so many ingredients. I feel terrible.
Sorry to hear that Kim. The only way it could become bitter is if you got some of the lemon’s white parts in your juice. Citrus white is very bitter. Try using bottled lemon juice.
