- 300 grams dry red lentils
- 1 large onion diced
- 3 carrots grated
- 1 large potato
- 50 grams tomato paste
- 2 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 150 grams beef shin
- 2 pieces marrow bone
- 2 liters water
Instructions
- Cook the beef shin in some water for 10 minutes in the microwave oven.
- Add to the pot.
- Add the rest of the ingredients together in a large pot or pressure cooker.
- Cook for 2 hours on the stove, or 1 hour in a pressure cooker.
