Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Mix the dry ingredients.
  • Add egg, milk, butter, and stir without smoothing the batter completely.
  • Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling each only 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 Minutes at 190°C (320°F).
