Tuna Pie Recipe

This recipe for tuna pie is very easy to make and so tasty. You may also add half a cup of grated cheddar cheese if you like. Serve as a light meal with a green salad and a buttered roll.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tin tuna in brine drained
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 150g pack Beef flavoured chips Simba or Willards
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml milk
  • pepper to taste and very little salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
  • Grease a glass bowl.
  • Crush crisps and mix through tuna. Add onions.
  • Add some salt and pepper to milk and mix with eggs. Remember that the tuna was in brine and the crisps are salty. Don't add too much salt.
  • Mix through tuna mix and pour into greased bowl.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
