  • 3 cups zucchini (marrow) raw, grated
  • ½ cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp butter
  • tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • tsp cinnamon


  • Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
  • Grease a small oven pan.
  • Mix together butter, sugar and eggs.
  • Add salt, flour and baking powder, then cinnamon and vanilla.
  • Lastly stir in grated marrow and pour into pan.
  • Bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
