Ingredients
 
 

  • 3 cups marrow (zucchini) raw, grated
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp onion salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
  • Sift together salt, baking powder and flour. and onion salt.
  • Add melted butter and eggs. Mix.
  • Stir in grated marrow and cheese.
  • Bake in a greased pan for 35 to 40 minutes.
