Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 cups long grain rice uncooked
  • 5 cups cold water
  • 2 tsp spice for rice
  • salt to taste
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ¼ red pepper chopped
  • ¼ yellow pepper chopped
  • ¼ cup frozen peas

Instructions
 

  • Fry the onion in butter.
  • Add peppers and fry another minute.
  • Add rice and fry 2 minutes.
  • Add water and spices and boil for 25 minutes.
  • Add peas and cook until dry.
