- 2 cups long grain rice uncooked
- 5 cups cold water
- 2 tsp spice for rice
- salt to taste
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- ¼ red pepper chopped
- ¼ yellow pepper chopped
- ¼ cup frozen peas
Instructions
- Fry the onion in butter.
- Add peppers and fry another minute.
- Add rice and fry 2 minutes.
- Add water and spices and boil for 25 minutes.
- Add peas and cook until dry.
