  • 1 cup white rice cooked
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil or parsley chopped
  • 3 tsp butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp milk

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients, except butter.
  • Melt butter in a skillet.
  • Divide mixture into 4 rice cakes and fry in the butter for about 3 minutes.
  • Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
