Ingredients
- 1 cup white rice cooked
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp fresh basil or parsley chopped
- 3 tsp butter
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp milk
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients, except butter.
- Melt butter in a skillet.
- Divide mixture into 4 rice cakes and fry in the butter for about 3 minutes.
- Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
