Ingredients
 
 

  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • few drops red food colouring

Icing

  • ½ cup icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp soft butter
  • few drops red food colouring

Instructions
 

  • Mix all cake ingredients together.
  • Pour into two large cupcake paper cups or heart shaped silicone pans.
  • Bake on 100% in microwave oven for 4 minutes.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Mix icing sugar with butter. Add colourant.
  • Spread over cupcakes.
  • Decorate with white chocolate hearts.
