  • 3 cups pumpkin chunks (Hubbard, Queen Blue, Butternut) raw, peeled
  • 100 ml water
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • tsp cinnamon optional


  • Cook the pumpkin in the water until soft and almost dry.
  • Remove lid and cook until dry, watching constantly.
  • Add butter and sugar and allow to glaze.
  • Add cinnamon.
