Use bought puff pastry to make these attractive apple tarts!

Puff Pastry Apple Tarts

- 2 rolls bought puff pastry
- 200 grams canned pie apples
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- icing sugar to dust
- 1 tbsp butter to grease
Instructions
- Grease a baking tray.
- Heat oven to 200°C/392°F.
- Cut puff pasty into 6 x 3cm strips.
- Place on baking try, leaving some space in between.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Cool down slightly and remove the top half from each strip.
- Drain pie apples.
- Cut in small pieces and mix with cinnamon.
- Place a spoonful of apple filling onto the bottom halves of baked pastry.
- Cover with the top half of pastry.
- Sift icing sugar over just before dishing them up.
