  • 2 tbsp Cajun spice mix
  • black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed


  • Rub spices into fillet and bake 30 - 40 minutes.

  • Rest the fillet for 5 minutes after baking and slice.
  • Drizzle over the garlic butter.
