Polenta Chips Recipe

Polenta fries are a scrumptious and trendy alternative to regular fries, made from ground maize meal or cornmeal. This delicious snack or side dish is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with a golden yellow color that will make your mouth water.

To make polenta fries, the cornmeal is cooked with water or milk, and then flavored with herbs, spices, and cheese to add extra layers of deliciousness. The mixture is then poured into a pan and chilled until firm, before being cut into thick strips and deep-fried until crispy and golden brown.

Polenta fries can be served as a snack or side dish, and are perfect for dipping into your favorite sauces, such as tomato sauce or mayonnaise. They are also gluten-free and vegan-friendly, making them a healthy and guilt-free snack for everyone.
