Ingredients
  

  • 2 rolls puff pastry defrosted
  • 4 pieces of hake
  • 1 bottle Greek Salad Dressing
  • 1 large pack Salt and Vinegar crisps
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • cooking spray
  • 100 ml milk to brush pastry edges

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180℃(350℉)
  • Pack fish on an oven tray
  • Pour salad dressing over
  • Crush potato crisps and spread over fish
  • Sprinkle paprika over
  • Bake for 20 minutes and let cool down somewhat
  • Cut circles large enough to fill a muffin pan hollow, leaving some pastry to fold inward over the filling to make crispy edges
  • Spray muffin holes in pan with cooking spray
  • Fill with fish to the top
  • Fold loose pastry edges inward over the pie (should not close it up completely)
  • Brush the exposed pastry edges with milk
  • Bake the pies for about 20 minutes or until the pie edges turn golden brown
