Ingredients
 
 

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon sauce
  • tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp pepper black
  • ¼ cup carrots finely grated
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 head salad iceberg variety
  • ¾ cup pitted black olives
  • ¾ cup pickled pepperoncini
  • ½ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 plum tomatoes sliced
  • 1 cup croutons

Instructions
 

  • Mix together oil, mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, pepper, seasoning, garlic and Parmesan.
  • Combine salad ingredients and drizzle with dressing.
