  • ¾ cup flour
  • 1 lt milk
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • Wet fingertips with water and make lumps with the flour dropping it into the heated milk, stirring while bringing to a boil.
  • Do not smoothen out the lumps, the texture should not be smooth like a white sauce.
  • Serve hot with butter, cinnamon, and sugar.
