Lindt Chocolate Mousse

  • 200 g dark chocolate Lindt balls plus 4 extra
  • 500 ml thick cream


  • Melt chocolate balls over low heat with 400 ml cream.
  • Cool down and whip.
  • Chill in serving glasses for 2 hours.
  • Whip rest of the cream on its own.
  • Serve the whipped cream over the mousse and garnish with an extra chocolate ball.
