Ingredients
- 800 grams lamb stew meat cubes or lamb chops
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 4 carrots chunks
- 3 potatoes chunks
- 1 packet Maggi or Knorr stew mix
- salt and pepper to taste remember the stew mix contains salt
- 500 ml chicken or beef stock
- ½ tsp dried rosemary
- 2 bay leaves
Instructions
- Fry onions and garlic in the oil for a few minutes.
- Add meat and fry until brown.
- Add all ingredients into a casserole dish.
- Ovenbake for 2 hours at 160°C/340°F.
