Ingredients
- 4 hake fillets cleaned, thawed if frozen
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- lemon wedges to serve with
- 1 tsp fresh parsley for garnish chopped
Instructions
- Grill hake in a pan using the oil.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Melt butter and add lemon juice.
- Pour over grilled fish.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve with two lemon wedges.
