Fried Hake Recipe
Also known as good old fish and chips!
- 4 hake fillet portions, cleaned black skin removed
- 1 egg beaten
- ½ cup flour
- 1 tsp Aromat
- ¼ tsp spice for fish
- salt to taste
- 500 ml vegetable oil for deep frying
Mix spices, except salt, through flour.
Beat egg in a separate bowl.
Heat oil well.
Dip fish in egg, then coat with flour mix.
Deep fry 6 - 8 minutes.
Drain on kitchen paper, add salt and serve.
