  • 1 lb frozen squid tubes defrosted
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
