• 8 taco shells
• 50 ml vegetable oil
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 red pepper
• 1 green pepper
• 600 g beef mince
• 500 ml black or red kidney beans cooked
• salt and pepper to taste
• 125 ml tomato paste
• 2 tsp paprika
• 2 tsp origanum
• 2 tsp crushed garlic
• 2 tsp chilli flakes
• 1 tbsp lemon juice

Salsa

• 1 onion chopped
• 2 tomatoes chopped
• ½ cup cilantro (coriander leaves chopped
• 1 tsp lime juice
