Ingredients
 
 

  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp lemon pepper
  • 2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Himalayan salt to taste
  • lettuce leaves
  • tomato rings
  • cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat outdoor grill for medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray.
  • Brush fish with lemon juice and sprinkle with lemon pepper.
  • Cook on grill for about 5 minutes until fish flakes easily.
  • Combine mayonnaise with mustard and honey.
  • Cut open buns and grill open sides.
  • Spread over mayonnaise mix. Place a slice of tomato and some lettuce on bottom side of bun.
  • Place fish fillet on each bottom half bun. Salt to taste. Cover with top half of bun.
