Ingredients
- 4 burger buns
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ tsp lemon pepper
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp honey
- Himalayan salt to taste
- lettuce leaves
- tomato rings
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat outdoor grill for medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray.
- Brush fish with lemon juice and sprinkle with lemon pepper.
- Cook on grill for about 5 minutes until fish flakes easily.
- Combine mayonnaise with mustard and honey.
- Cut open buns and grill open sides.
- Spread over mayonnaise mix. Place a slice of tomato and some lettuce on bottom side of bun.
- Place fish fillet on each bottom half bun. Salt to taste. Cover with top half of bun.
