Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 2 tbsp spice for mince
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • pinch of paprika
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped
  • ½ tbsp Tabasco sauce of your choice
  • 2 tbsp of your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1 packet Doritos of your choice
  • Cheddar cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Using a medium saucepan, fry the chopped onion until golden brown.
  • Add the mince (ground beef) to the saucepan stirring for 2 to 5 minutes.
  • Add the garlic, chopped tomatoes, paprika, cayenne pepper, Tabasco, BBQ sauce, salt, the spice for mince, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • The mince (ground beef) should be ready in 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Empty the packet of Doritos into a bowl. Top it with grated cheese, and add the mince (ground beef).
