Lemon and herb chicken

This recipe for lemon and herb chicken is so quick and easy to make and super delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken pieces
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp oregano dried
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 30 ml water

Instructions
 

  • Squeeze lemon juice out over chicken.
  • Heat pan with olive oil in it.
  • Add chicken and fry.
  • Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Add oregano.
  • Add 30 ml water to pan.
  • Put lid on pan and simmer for 20 minutes. Turn chicken at least once.
