Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 packets tennis biscuits
  • 1 tin caramel treat
  • 500 ml fresh cream
  • 1 slab peppermint crisp chocolate grated

Instructions
 

  • Place the tennis biscuits in rows at the bottom of the dish you are going to use.
  • Grate the peppermint crisp chocolate.
  • In a small bowl, mix the caramel treat until smooth, throw a handful of the grated chocolate into the mixture and mix.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the fresh cream until it has thickened.
  • Blend the caramel treat and cream together.
  • Pour half of the mixture over the tennis biscuits, then make a second layer with the tennis biscuits and pour the remainder of the mixture over.
  • Sprinkle the grated chocolate over the top of the mixture.
  • Place in the fridge for 3 hours to set and serve cold.
