  • 480 g cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup castor sugar ordinary sugar permissable
  • 1 lemon juice and zest
  • icing sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Mix the cream cheese with eggs, sugar, lemon juice and zest
  • Preheat oven to 180°℃ (350℉)
  • Pour into a Springfoam pan that you sprayed with baking spray
  • Bake for 50 minutes and leave in oven for an hour after having switched off the oven
  • Cool down completely and dust with icing sugar
