
Cream of Mushroom Soup

- 2 cups mushrooms chopped
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp white pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 ½ cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Combine mushrooms, seasonings, and broth in medium size casserole.
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes, stirring once during the cooking process.
- Stir in cream.
- Cook for another 6 - 7 minutes, or until piping hot.
