Chocolate Mug Cake (Microwave)
This is a recipe for a quick, individual chocolate mug cake. You can serve it with whipped cream on top, melted chocolate or just dust it with icing sugar.

- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp milk
- ¼ cup cake flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Use the cup you are going to bake the cake in. Mix together oil, water, milk and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Microwave on 100% for 1 minute 45 seconds.
- Once cooled, dust with icing sugar.
