Ingredients
 
 

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 300 ml apricot juice
  • 1 packet mushroom soup powder
  • salt and pepper to taste remember that the soup contains salt!
  • 1 large carrot chunks

Instructions
 

  • Set oven to 160°C/340°F.
  • Place chicken in a casserole dish.
  • Add apricot juice and carrot chunks.
  • Sprinkle soup over chicken, pepper and, if needed, more salt.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
  • Add mushrooms and bake for another 15 minutes.
