Carrots with Potatoes

- 2 cups carrots peeled, sliced
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1 medium potato cubed
- 250 ml water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
- Boil the carrots, potato and onion for about 35 minutes until soft.
- Drain excess water.
- Add butter, salt and pepper.
- Mash together to mix well but should still be chunky.
