2 pounds sirloin steak cut into ½ inch strips 1 tsp salt 2 cups mushrooms 2 medium onions sliced 1 garlic clove crushed ¼ cup butter 2 cups beef broth ¼ cup flour 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 cups sour cream pepper to taste
Cook onions, garlic and mushrooms in butter until onions are soft.
Remove from pan. Cook beef in same pan until brown.
Stir in salt, pepper and Worcestershire and 1½ cups broth.
Heat till it boils, reduce heat and simmer for 60 minutes.
Stir in remaining broth mixed with flour.
Add onion mixture. Boil and stir for a minute or two.
Add cream and remove from heat.
