Ingredients
 
 

  • 4 300g sirloin steaks
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp parsley

Instructions
 

  • The steak should be room temperature when fried.
  • Heat a pan until very hot, add oil.
  • Sear steak on both sides and cook for about 4 minutes on each side.
  • Melt butter over low heat and add garlic.
  • Add salt and pepper to steak.
  • Drizzle garlic butter over steak and garnish with parsley.
