Ingredients
  

  • 1 1.2kg cut of beef roast, aitchbone or silverside
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp barbeque spice
  • ½ tsp onion salt
  • 4 whole garlic cloves
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 medium potatoes

Instructions
 

  • Rub the roast with spices
  • Prick 4 holes int he meat and bury the garlic cloves inside
  • Pour 1 cup water in oven pan with the roast
  • Bake in a 160℃(320℉) oven for 4 hours
  • Add halved potatoes and bake for another hour
