Ingredients
  

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 250 g Nachos or Doritos
  • 1 can red beans drained
  • 30 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp cumin (jeera)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes dry
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 cup feta cheese diced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole mashed avocado
  • 1 can tomatoes chopped
  • 1 chilli chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180℃ (350℉)
  • Fry the onion, add mince and fry some more
  • Add spices and chilli flakes
  • Add beans, canned tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste
  • Pack a layer of Nachos in an ovenproof pan
  • Top with a layer of meat and another layer of Nachos
  • Sprinkle cheeses over and bake until melted
  • Spread guacamole over, then sour cream
  • You may top the dish with raw chopped onion, tomato and chilli if you like
