- 3 cups pumpkin chunks (Hubbard, Queen Blue, Butternut) raw, peeled
- 100 ml water
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon optional
Cook the pumpkin in the water until soft and almost dry.
Remove lid and cook until dry, watching constantly.
Add butter and sugar and allow to glaze.
Add cinnamon.
