Potato kebabs are fun to make and a lovely side dish to braaivleis (barbeque).

Ingredients
- 16-20 baby potatoes
- large chunks green pepper
- large chunks onion
- 16-20 bacon strips
- 3 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- 4 wooden skewers
Instructions
- Boil the baby potatoes in salt water until 95% done.
- Wrap a bacon strip around each potato and make sure you skewer the potatoes as to secure the bacon.
- Put 4 - 5 potatoes on a skewer, spacing them with onion and green pepper.
- Grill over barbeque fire for a few minutes.
- Melt butter and add garlic salt. Brush kebabs with the mix.
